E30 Engine cranks but won't start

E30 Engine cranks but won't start Tube. Duration : 0.22 Mins.

E30 Engine cranks but won't start. There was a loud knocking noise after replacing timing belt, then the engine died. I discovered a loose cam bolt (must have forgotten to torque it) and a broken distributor rotor. I then replaced the rotor, and the engine still does not start. The spark plugs do spark and there doesn't appear to be vacuum leakage. CPS worked fine after timing belt, so that shouldn't be it either. Any ideas?
