95 civic wont crank Video Clips. Duration : 1.35 Mins.
95 civic 1.6L turns but wont crank. Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor have all been changed. I can def hear the fuel pump working and I even confirmed pressure in the system when I loosened the fuel filter's relief nut... I have been told it could be the fuel pump (which I doubt because of the aforementioned pressure) or the timing belt. What do you think it is?

Power training has proven itself and professionals aren't the only ones reaping the benefits of the highly detailed and accurate performance profiles that modern power meters can provide. For a long time having a custom-built, hub-centric power system was the only option. This proved not only an expensive alternative for some discerning riders but heavy and problematic for riders that prefer to utilize a quiver of wheelsets for differing occasions. The game has changed slightly thanks to ANT+ wireless capability and by moving away from the hub unit to the bottom bracket/crank assembly. SRAM has partnered with Quarq to offer the leading edge in power meter technology: The Quarq CinQo Saturn utilizes ANT+ technology to transmit power data to a bevy of computers including Garmin's 500, 705, 800 and 310XT. If you're not familiar with ANT+ technology, think of it as the bicycle version of Bluetooth. The CinQo spider is carefully designed using Finite Element Analysis to displace the applied pedal force, cadence and crank flex measured using 20 strain grids on 10 gages in a Quarq Proprietary arrangement. Confused yet? Me too. Fact of the matter is, professionals and amateurs alike trust Quarq technology because of its ease of use. Thanks to its CR2450 battery your new power meter battery lifetime equates to roughly 400hours or more. The CinQo is most importantly, extremely accurate and all calibrations, as well as manufacturing, takes place in Spearfish, South Dakota. All of ...

Osymetric USA is the exclusive distributor and manufacturer of Osymetric Chain Rings for North and South America. Under a license agreement with the French company BioSquat/Osymetric and Jean Louis Talo, the inventor, the rings we sell are being made in Burlington North Carolina, USA to his specifications. These are the same rings that have been tested and are currently being used by pro cyclists including Bobby Julich, Bradly Wiggins,David Millar and Greg Henderson in all the Worlds Greatest Grand Tours. The Osymetric harmonic design is NOT a resurrection of Shimano's Biopace rings of the early 1980s. An elliptical chainring changes the effective gear ratio as you pedal. Biopace reduced the gear ratio as crank passed through the horizontal; the Osymetric harmonic increases it. The Osymetric design enables you to ride faster, longer and harder when seconds truly count. Your legs travel through the dead spot quicker and easier and then move directly into the power producing phase so that you can put your energy into the rear wheel when it counts. The Osymetric ring acts as a twin cam to turn your human power and energy into forward motion. Greg Henderson calls it "freespeed".

Hey All! This is the oil pump from my 1998 Ford F150 5.4l Triton V8. I'm wondering if this pump is self-priming. I have been told their is no good way to prime a mod motor after you have rebuilt it. Several people have told me that I needed to add oil to it before installing it. Others have told me there is no point because it will just drain back into the pan almost immediately. So, I guess I am asking, how do you guys prime your mod motors after you have rebuilt them?? This is a Ford 5.4l Triton V8 SOHC mod motor for my F150.

SOME BASIC STEPS TO FOLLOW IF YOUR CAR WON'T START Video Clips. Duration : 1.02 Mins.
A Tutorial on how to start your malfunctioned car BASIC TIPS: KEY WONT TURN First off, are you using the right key? I know it sounds silly but this does indeed happen, something like what call center agents encounter when callers complain about their computers, when in fact their computers are not even plugged in. Check your keys. If the key is too worn, try using your spare key. Key still won't turn? Try forcing the steering wheel to one side, then the other, while trying to turn the key. You might have left your car parked with the front wheels turned all the way to one side. By turning it all the way to the left then right (depending on which direction your wheels are pointed) while turning the key, this releases pressure on the steering lock, allowing the key to turn. CLICK or CRANK First off, once you turn on the ignition, do you hear the engine's cranking sound, or in Filipino, what they call "redondo"? If there is none and all you hear is a hollow click or a series of clicks like a woodpecker happily pecking away, that means there is no electrical current coursing through your system and ignition is not achieved. If you switch on the ignition and you hear the engine crank but it won't start with your usual "vroom" from the exhaust, electricity is indeed coursing but somewhere along the system, ignition and combustion are not being achieved. If the engine does not crank, you might have a weak or dead battery. Or your battery connection cables are dirty or corroded ...

Lining up and removing a distributor in a 327 ' 64 Chev Impala SS Video Clips. Duration : 0.78 Mins.
Blllaaahhh! Oil to drip on your hands! Just another step in the preparation to remove the 2-barrel intake from this 327 that was put on from a 283 Chevy engine some time Back. All the proper parts were found to put the proper intake system back onto the 327 in the way of the proper 4-barrel intake and the Carter AFB carburetor. When removing a distributor, make a picture/movie of how things are lined up on the device and note which direction the rotor turns when pulling the assembly out of the engine. Some playing with the oil pump pickup drive with a slot screwdriver may be needed to line up the distributor shaft when reinstalling to ensure the rotor ends up back in the same place. Make sure nobody cranks the engine, all the more reason to disconnect the battery when doing engine work.

Hey guys. I have a 1986 Trans Am with the 305 TPI engine. It sat for a few years before i bought it (last July) I have it running to the point where it can drive but I have some issues with it running. First off, it usually hesitates when i start it. By this i mean it cranks starts and revs and drops to like 200 rpm for a few seconds then jumps back to normal. It sounds like it runs very rough, like its missing or the timing is off. it idles normal. If you mash the pedal to the floor it bogs severely. Like it is barely running. if you feather it you can usually get it to climb to redline just fine. This issue is on and off. i never know when it will happen. It also backfires out of the intake when you mash the pedal. I have replaced all 8 spark plugs, whole distributer, cap and rotor. I pulled the engine codes and code 33 comes up (MAF sensor) sensor is fine (wires not broken etc) checked vac hoses etc. Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks

This Video depicts how the Shimano Di2 Front Derailleur works with Rotor Q-Rings 52/36. The setup comprises a Trek Madone (2010) and a beautiful Rotor 3D Crank set with 172.5mm length. Installing and adjustment was a bit tricky for me, because the builder of the bike had cut the cable for the front derailleur so shortly that I had to return the bike to him that he could correct his bad work. He also installed the crank set and adjusted the derailleur. Adversity is the school of wisdom. Lucky me checked the setup before starting the test-drive. Everything was configured so badly that I had to completely readjust it. Getting it working was however quite easy at last. Thanks to the Di2 only 5 minutes of work. However, the number of possible sprockets is still limited. The front derailleur seems to be unable to see the small ring in all positions. That's why I cannot use the upper 5 rear sprockets so far. I have however got all sprockets working with the large ring. That's OK for the moment. I'm quite impressed by the smooth running of the chain with Q-rings installed and how well the Di2 is able to switch between both rings. Quite impressing, because I had heard that Q-Rings wouldn't work with Di2. That's definitely not true as the vid shows. To be honest it even runs smoother than the old Dura Ace FC-7950 crank set did, which was getting on my nerves with constant noise. What I really love about the Rotor stuff is that you can combine ring-sizes however you like. (Thanks to ...

Formula One Boat 17' MerCruiser w / Built Chevy 350 Vortec 5.7L V8 Transplant Tube. Duration : 5.12 Mins.
Engine start is at 2:20 in this video. Clip of my 1984 Formula One boat just prior to winterizing. Ambient temp is 39F and engine is fairly cold, it is 9pm at night, so there is much condensation in the exhaust and PCV system. 17' (16.5' actually). Bought boat 8 years ago on eBay for 00 with blown upper outdrive and cracked exhaust manifolds on a 4.3L V6 4 barrel. Fixed it, ran it great for 5 years, then self built and swapped a 1999 GM Vortec truck 350 with aftermarket roller camshaft, full stainless roller rockers, aluminum intake, 750cfm carb, aluminum exhaust mainfolds, electric fuel pump, Mallory distributor with advanced timing and twin pickup / amplifiers, air powered switchable exhaust routing, and a million gauges. Sold running 4.3L 4 barrel engine for 0. Runs great, almost touching 70mph very reliably. Total investment, about 00 Easy transplant, 4.3L and 350 are same engine, less 2 cylinders, everything transfers over. 4.3L V6 is a great engine. 5.7L is even more of that greatness. Boat did 50-53 GPS with the tired factory 4 barrel 4.3L. Now cranks 68mph GPS with a 25 pitch Mercury Mirage SS prop and 1.5 outdrive ratio @ 5500rpm. Going for 70mph next year (leave the anchor at the dock, bump ignition timing up, run less fuel level, etc....). Boat originally did not have through-hull exhaust. Nees rub rail work and wo have bottom paint removed. Would also like to install a nice teak swim platoform in the rear, used to have 2 small fiberglass platforms ...
The revolutionary machined design of the XX Cassette uses the same grueling manufacturing techniques that produced the PowerDome road cassette. With X-Dome, eight of the cogs are CNC-machined together out of a single block of billet steel, creating an incredibly lightweight, precise, and strong cassette. The open design aids in mud clearance, giving you cleaner shifting performance and longer component life.
Cog structure has lots of spaces for mud to flow so it won't pack up
